Fully sealed
The ZMF pivot system features double auto-seal gaskets that eliminate gaps at both the head jamb and the floor. Combined with PVC co-extrusion weatherstrip, your door creates a genuine thermal and acoustic barrier.
Unlimited height — no weight penalty
Traditional hinged doors are limited by the strength of their side-mounted hinges. Pivot doors transfer all weight to the floor pivot — meaning you can have doors 3m, 5m, or even 8m tall with no structural compromise.
Smart security as standard
Every ZMF door ships with a digital smart security lock — supporting fingerprint, PIN code, and card access. The pivot hardware itself is stainless steel AISI 304 with ball bearings rated to 2,200 lbs (1000kg).
Fully bespoke
Choose your size, material, colour, panel type, handle style, lock, and finish. Our team can also work from your own custom design brief. No catalogue limits — if you can envision it, we can build it.
Contemporary design
Unlike traditional doors where hinges are visible on the side, the pivot system is recessed into the door frame and floor. The result is a seamless, clean face with no visible hardware interrupting your chosen finish.
5-year warranty
Our doors are built for the long term. The Fritsjurgens soft-close pivot mechanism is engineered for millions of cycles. All accessories are stainless steel — corrosion resistant and weatherproof, requiring virtually no upkeep.
